These Terms of Use govern the use of the mojlink.net website and services. By using the platform, the user confirms that they are familiar with these Terms and accept them in full.
General information
mojlink.net is a digital platform that enables the creation and sharing of personal profiles, QR codes and digital contact data (vCard).
The platform owner reserves the right to modify functionality, appearance and service offerings at any time, with notice to users where applicable.
Registration and use of the service
The platform may be used directly by the user or through an administrator managing profiles on the user’s behalf. The user is responsible for the accuracy, legality and timeliness of the data they provide or submit for processing.
Use of the platform for purposes contrary to applicable laws, public order or good practice is prohibited.
Packages and payments
mojlink.net offers different service packages (for example mini, midi and maxi), which may include:
- a one-time fee for profile setup
- an annual subscription for service usage
The one-time fee covers the initial creation and setup of the profile and is charged once upon service activation.
The annual subscription enables active use of the profile and related functionalities for a period of one year from the date of activation or subscription renewal.
All prices are expressed in the applicable currency and do not include additional costs unless explicitly stated.
Renewal and termination of subscription
Subscriptions renew annually according to the selected package. If the subscription is not renewed, the user profile may be temporarily deactivated or permanently removed after a reasonable period of time.
The user may request termination of the service at any time. In such cases, refunds for the current billing period are not provided.
Refund policy
As this is a digital service and personalized content, refunds for the one-time setup fee and annual subscription are generally not possible, except in cases of technical malfunction for which mojlink.net is responsible.
Availability and liability
mojlink.net aims to ensure continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service at all times.
The platform owner is not liable for temporary service unavailability caused by technical issues, system maintenance or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
User content
The user retains all rights to the content entered into their profile. By using the platform, the user grants mojlink.net the right to technically process and display such content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
mojlink.net reserves the right to remove content that is unlawful, offensive or contrary to these Terms of Use.
Intellectual property
All content, design, structure and functionality of the mojlink.net platform are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. Unauthorized use or copying is not permitted.
External links
The platform may contain links to external websites. mojlink.net is not responsible for the content, availability or terms of use of such external websites.
Changes to the Terms of Use
mojlink.net reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. All changes become effective upon publication on this page.
Governing law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia.
